1 . Introduction
By purchasing or using our digital products (“Scripts”) from Tabex (operated by EVO DEVELOPMENT), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.
2. Who We Are
EVO DEVELOPMENT sells digital entertainment products within the FiveM ecosystem. All transactions are handled through our platform and delivered via the Cfx.re Keymaster.
3. Licensing & Intellectual Property
Our scripts are licensed, not sold. The license grants personal, non-transferable use strictly for the Cfx.re account used to purchase.
You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the script;
- Redistribute, share, resell, or sublicense it;
- Circumvent encryption, licensing protections, or any authentication systems.
Violating these rules may result in immediate license revocation, denial of updates/support, and possible Cfx.re account sanctions.
4. Delivery & Usage
After purchase, scripts are delivered via your Cfx.re portal. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
- We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee starting from the time of purchase.
(However, if you made your payment using cryptocurrency, we are unable to issue any refunds) - Refunds are only granted if the script is proven faulty and we cannot resolve the issue.
- Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., refunding while continuing to use the script) may lead to license termination and legal action.
6. Gift Transfers
- Transfers are final.
- Once a script is transferred to another Cfx.re account, EVO DEVELOPMENT has no obligation to assist with further transfers or recovery.
7. Updates & Support
- Purchases include free lifetime updates.
- Support is limited to bug fixes only.
- We do not provide installation support—setup instructions are fully explained in our official documentation.
8. Termination
EVO DEVELOPMENT may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. If access is terminated due to breach, you are not entitled to a refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applying to your purchase is the one in effect at that time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by international copyright and digital commerce law. Disputes should be resolved in good faith between both parties before legal escalation.
